Nashville police said, NFL quarterback Steve McNair’s mistress Sahel Kazemi exchanged messages for weeks with the man who sold her the gun she used to kill McNair and herself. Police have ruled that McNair and Sahel Kazemi died July 4 in a murder-suicide.
