Erin Andrews Peephole Video Links Trick Users Into Uploading Virus
A unknowing video that shows, popular ESPN reporter Erin Andrews in the nude in a hotel room made its way onto several Web sites. And may contain Erin Andrews video link to a virus in a Trojan horse and malicious worm writers that could be uploaded/downloaded by users.

According to msnbc, It would be the second time in recent weeks where a celebrity’s name was used to pique user interest and distribute malware, software that is malicious. After Michael Jackson’s July 7 memorial service, spammers sent out e-mails with links to photos of the service. The link asked users to first click on a downloadable file, and if they did so, that allowed malware onto the user’s computer.
The Andrews video — which her attorney and ESPN have protested — was pulled from sites in the past few days where it was known to have been posted, including YouTube and NSFW POA. Still, as of today, users were searching the Internet for the video.
According to postchronicle (By Mike Baron), In case you missed the boat, a NSFW video was taken of ESPN’s Erin Andrews when she was changing/doing her hair/putting on make up nude in a hotel room. No one knows as yet who did the filming but Erin Andrews’ lawyers were quick to respond. We had posted the links to the legit videos but were forced to remove them by request.
Going forward our recommendation to you all would be, to desist from attempting to find and watch this video. The resolution is extremely poor, of very short duration, and not really worth it.
Most of these sites are advertised on YouTube and other as having the video and upon arrival the user sees what he believes to be embedded video. The faux video is simply a link to drop (infect) a trojan on your system.
But the largest factor by far in all this is, the risk of getting your computers infected. This whole Erin Andrews Peephole Video thing just not worth it.
