International Friendship Day 2010 International Friendship Day celebration takes its place today as the first Sunday of the month of August. Usually the International Friendship day is celebrated during the first Sunday or sometimes at the third day of August.

USA celebrated this special day sine 1935 and was followed by other countries that held annually across the world.
