U.S. Senator Max Baucus drunk while delivering a speech on health care reform in the Senate is rising more than a few eyebrows online.

The video shows the good Senator tired and emotional, slurring his words and occasionally mumbling as he tries to attack the Republicans over their stance on health care reform.
Some reports are claiming that the video does not show Max Baucus drunk, but if we accept that he had not been drinking, he had been hitting something that caused him to slur his words; given it was a health care debate, maybe some prescription drugs? Max Baucus should be kick out from Senate.
