When you can use the system?
Hours: The Internet Claims System is available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day for claim filing. You may experience outages on Sunday from 10:00 AM to noon eastern time while maintenance is done on the servers.
To request your bi-weekly benefit check, the Internet Claims System is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM and Sunday from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM eastern time.
During the process of filing your unemployment claim, you need the following information
* Your Social Security number, address and phone number.
* Your Personal Identification Number (PIN), if you are re-starting your existing claim or requesting your benefit check.
* Company names, addresses, dates and phone numbers of your employers during the past 18 months.
* Your Alien Registration number is required if you are not a U.S. citizen.
If you do not have this information available please gather it before continuing to file your claim. The filing process takes, on average, 30 minutes to complete. Please allow enough time to complete the process.
