Michael David Barrett, who allegedly secretly filmed ESPN reporter Erin Andrews nude in various hotel rooms followed her around the country, according to federal charging documents.
48-year-old Michael David Barrett called seven different hotels in Columbus, Ohio, in January 2008 to find the broadcast beauty and set up shop in an adjacent room, new court documents reveal. He then altered the peephole device on Erin Andrews’ door and began shooting without her knowledge on February 5, 2008, prosecutors claim.
Investigators say that Michael David Barrett registered at hotels in Columbus and Milwaukee when Erin Andrews was staying there in July and September of 2008, and had altered the peephole in one of her rooms. He’s said to have requested and checked into the room adjacent to Erin Andrews in Nashville, as well.
According to TMZ, the email Peeper Michael David Barrett sent the video to handsfouryou@yahoo.com. He eventually sent TMZ the video tmz.com we did not post it.
The feds say Barrett then posted the videos on a Google video account calling the video, “Erin Andrews Naked Butt.” A few days later, the documents released Wednesday say, he published videos on a French website, labeling one of them “Sexy and Hot Blonde Sports celebrity shows us her all.”
