According to police, 25-year-old Leah Ignagni also told Nashville police that a car matching the description of Sahel Kazemi’s black Escalade followed her home and that a woman was inside. Sahel Kazemi was in a relationship with married NFL star Steve McNair, and suspected he was cheating on her with Ignagni.
