Meghan McCain’s skimpy pajamas (a rather low-cut black tank top) have her conservative followers all a twitter to apologize for posting a racy photo of her décolletage.

According to associatedcontent, the Meghan McCain Twitter photo and the story of the Twitter photo has caught fire. Meghan McCain, after arguing and debating and sniping back and forth for a few hours finally apologized, stating that she had not meant to offend anyone with her picture and that she had made a “huge mistake.”

A quick look at the “offensive” Twitter photo shows a smiling Meghan McCain in a revealing decolletage, an Andy Warhol biography crushed against her breasts. She informed her Twitter followers that she was going to enjoy a “spontaneous” night in with the Warhol book and takeout. Meghan McCain added that she was “getting old.”

“So I took a fun picture not thinking anything about what I was wearing, but apparently anything other than a pantsuit, I am a slut,” eghan McCain Twittered.

Then she threatened to abandon her Twitter account altogether. “[Why] I have been considering deleting my twitter account, what once was fun now just seems like a vessel for harassment.”

Meghan McCain threatened to pull a Miley Cyrus and straight up quit Twitter forever.

“ok I am getting the f*** off twitter, promise not to delete my account until I sleep on it, thank you for the nice words supporters,” she wrote. And then she offered an apology: “I do want to apologize to anyone that was offended by my twitpic, I have clearly made a huge mistake and am sorry 2 those that are offended.”
