ManU manager Sir Alex Ferguson’s logic will now regroup ahead of their ultimate testing UEFA Champions League quarter-final, second leg trip to Porto on Wednesday evening knowing they remain a point clear of Liverpool with a game in hand in the race for the title of English Premier League while Sunderland slipped closer towards the relegation zone with the Black Cats just two points off the bottom three.
